Annie was lucky enough to be introduced to yoga by her mother – so for well over twenty years she dipped in and out of a range of styles and yogic approaches.
Then a few years ago, she decided to stop dabbling and properly study the original yoga teachings. So with a Teacher Diploma from the Yoga Institute in Sydney under her belt, Annie is able to tap into a full range of what yoga has to offer.
As she explains, “What inspires me to teach yoga, is its capacity to benefit absolutely everyone. With the right approach, it can strengthen the whole body, bring calmness and clarity to our daily lives and ultimately, enable us to live life to the full… it’s powerful stuff!”.
