Yoga practice has been a dynamic part of Gill’s life since her late teens. She says it has offered her the supporting philosophy and tools to help navigate the challenges of career, health and family.
Gill completed an Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching 8 years ago and continues to enjoy ongoing study of the diversity of Yoga and Yoga Therapy. Her passion is to encourage the availability of yoga to everybody and offer tools and skills that assist in the management of everyday life. Gill believes that taking our learned experience and knowledge off the mat, living with a guided awareness is our true practice- as relevant today as ever before.
