Yoga practice has been a dynamic part of my life since my late teens. It has offered me the supporting philosophy and tools to help navigate the challenges of career, health and family.

I completed an Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching- 8 years ago and continue to enjoy ongoing study of the diversity of Yoga and Yoga Therapy. My passion is to encourage the availability of yoga to everybody and offer tools and skills that assist in the management of everyday life. Taking our learned experience and knowledge off the mat, living with a guided awareness is our true practice- as relevant today as ever before.
