“I am passionate about sharing with others how the “self care system of yoga” can be used to support and improve our day to day lives.
My goal as a teacher is to inspire and empower people to take responsibility for their health and happiness and have fun doing it!
I really enjoy supporting students in taking those “first small steps” towards new, more positive habits, that in turn can lead to powerful personal transformation.”
Throughout his working life, Len has had interesting careers in several industries: printing, publishing, technical and creative design and training and has spent more than 25 years in private business helping people deal with the daily challenges of working with computers and getting disparate technologies to work nicely with one another. Len has a great eye for detail while simultaneously being able to stay focused on the big picture.
“Despite the enjoyment and satisfaction my work and hobbies have brought to me over the years, long hours, stress and health issues finally forced me to slow down and reassess a lifestyle that simply wasn’t working. Instead of giving up, I saw this as the perfect opportunity for some serious change. I know deep down you cant literally ‘do it all’ but it never stopped me from trying – and of course there is always a price to pay…”
Utilising a clean diet and the many tools of yoga, Len has radically transformed his health and begun a new chapter in his Life.
