“I am keenly aware of life’s many challenges and am passionate about sharing with others howthe tools of yoga can be used to improve our day to day lives.

My goal is to inspire and empower people to take responsibility for their health and happiness. Supporting them in taking that “first small step” towards new, more positive habits, that in turn lead to powerful personal transformation”.

– Len Gillespie

Len comes from a training and technical background and has spent more than 25 years in private business helping companies and individuals solve problems and deal with the daily challenges of working with technology. “Long hours, stress and health issues finally forced me to slow down and seriously reassess a lifestyle that simply wasn’t working. Instead of giving up, I saw this as the perfect opportunity for change.” Utilising a clean diet and the many tools of yoga, Len has radically transformed his health and begun a new chapter in his Life.
