6-week course : where we will explore the subtle practices of Yoga to include guided relaxation practices, pranayama (seated breathing practices) & meditation.

Each session includes educational content, gentle movement followed by a guided Yoga relaxation/ meditation practice OR Pranayama practice (seated breathing practice)

These classes will provide an infusion of gentle movement, breath integration plus seated practices such as pranayama and meditation.
Some people find practices of stillness such as seated meditation challenging and overwhelming when they first start.
In this course, I will meet you where you are at – with the aim to bring you to this place of quietness.
